About Us

Socialmediacourses.ie was founded by Olive O’Brien, an author, blogger, journalist and publisher.

Olive has a Masters in Journalism, which includes online journalism and previously worked as a features writer and news reporter at The Sunday Business Post and Mid-Day newspaper. She worked as a solicitor for several years prior to this.

Olive is the director of the online writing community, creativewriting.ie and blogs for hellomagazine.com. She also runs an eco-friendly book publishing company, Silver Angel Publishing.
